How the pages on this site are made, and what you can rely on them for.

Where a notification page comes from

We read published recruitment listings and the official notifications they point to. Every notification page links to the recruiter's own notice and website, and that notice is the authority: where this page and the notice differ, the notice is right.

Dates, fees, vacancy counts, age limits and the post table are read out of the notice by rule-based parsers. Where those cannot read a field, an AI model is asked to fill that gap, and it also writes the page's title and short summary. The body of the page is composed from the facts, not written by the model.

Corrections

Automatic reading gets things wrong. When an editor corrects a record, the correction is kept through every later update, and a page an editor has rewritten is not regenerated automatically.

If you find a mistake, send the page link and what is wrong through the contact page. A corrected figure is more useful to us than a removal.

Eligibility checks

The eligibility check compares your details with each post's stated requirements. It is indicative. “Matches the requirements we could check” means every requirement we hold was met; “Not checked” marks a requirement the notice states but we have not captured, which you should read in the notice yourself. Always read the notice before you apply.

Guides and articles

Guides are written for this site with the help of AI tools, from official notifications, rules and previous papers, and say which ones they rely on. Figures that change — pay, allowances, age limits — are taken from the rule or notification in force, and a guide shows when it was last updated.

An author is named only where a named person wrote or reviewed the piece.

What we are not

SarkariJobTrack is not a recruiting body. We cannot accept an application, and we cannot tell you a result before the recruiter publishes it.
